Group Bookings

The Gallery welcomes student and special interest group visits throughout the year.

Bookings are required in advance and can be made by completing the booking forms below and emailing to jperry@cowra.nsw.gov.au. If you have any questions please contact the Gallery on 02 6340 2190.

Important Information 

For schools, there must be a teacher/student ratio of 1:10. The Nguluway Room adjacent to the Gallery can be used as part of the visit for an activity.

For the health and safety of everyone, please observe changing COVID-19 precautions including:

• Not visiting when sick
• Observing any supervisor to student ratios per space as deemed appropriate prior to you visit

Please be advised these conditions may change. Please discuss further with Gallery Staff when booking your group visit.

The Gallery has a responsibility to protect the artworks under its care during an exhibition. It is the Teacher or Group Leader’s responsibility when in the Gallery to supervise, oversee the general behaviour of group members and intervene when necessary.
