Cowra ANZ Young Archie Competition

The Cowra ANZ Young Archie competition celebrates the creativity of young artists between the ages of 5 and 18 from Cowra and surrounds.. This years entries explore portraiture with artists encouraged to paint a portrait of someone special to them.

The competition received 63 entries from 14 towns and villages in the Cowra region and 11 local schools. The finalists were selected by local artists Tony Dagg and Inel Date, and the winners were selected by Lucy Stranger, Curator Orange Regional Gallery.

A Gallery Outreach Project in partnership with the Art Gallery of NSW and ANZ Bank, displayed in the Cowra Library.
