Countryscapes, the $35,000 Country Energy Art Prize for Landscape Painting, is one of Australia’s richest annual landscape art prizes.

This is the eighth year that Countryscapes has been held and entry is exclusive to artists whose principal place of residence is within Country Energy’s network distribution area, which covers 95 per cent of New South Wales.

The prize is open to all artistic styles, mediums and contexts, ranging from figurative to abstract, charcoal to traditional oil paint and landscapes to seascapes.
