Making a Splash: Mermaids and Modernity

This exhibition features a diverse range of new works, including painting, photography, sound and installation by ten artists offering fresh interpretations of the mermaid – such as, whimsical mermaid imagery and folklore, as well as new associations that connect contemporary issues with particular places and circumstances. Presented by the Cowra Regional Art Gallery, in partnership with Macquarie University Art Gallery.
