Tell us who you have chosen to depict in your portrait and why

I chose to paint my Grandma because she is an important person in my life. She inspires me everyday to be a better person.

My art teacher asked us to create our portrait to display our person doing something. My portrait depicts my Grandma reaching up. It is not shown in the artwork, but I imagine her to be weeding a hanging pot plant.
